The eight real bedrooms sleep 16 guests. With all four sofa-bed spots also in use, maximum overnight occupancy reaches 20 guests across the whole building. Sofa-bed linens and towels provided per unit when requested in advance.

✔ Stairs for Units 3-4. Units 1-2 are first floor, no stairs. Units 3-4 are second floor, reached by stairs, no elevator — plan room assignments accordingly if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.
✔ Historic building, shared walls. Some sound transfer between units is normal, and Units 1-2 (ground floor) may occasionally hear guests moving above in Units 3-4.
✔ Shared exterior spaces. The driveway, parking area, and dumpster are shared among the four units — and with the neighboring building at 2820 Blodgett St.
✔ No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors. Step fully off-site if you smoke.
✔ Verification required. The primary guest completes ID verification and a signed rental agreement — for the whole reservation, covering all four units — before access instructions are released.
