This is a 4-story townhome — stairs, no elevator:
• The upside is real privacy between bedrooms. The tradeoff is stairs between every level. If anyone in your group has mobility limitations, please consider this before booking.
Quiet residential townhome community
• No parties or events. The rooftop and balcony are highlights, but neighbor bedrooms are close and sound carries — strict quiet hours after 9 PM apply to all outdoor spaces.
Before check-in, every guest:
• Signs a guest agreement and provides government ID before check-in instructions are released.
• Guests with no reviews or a rating under 4 stars also complete ID verification plus a refundable deposit or damage waiver. No exceptions.
Parking is strictly enforced here:
• Improper parking may be towed. Full guidance comes with your check-in details.
• The garage is accessed from inside the home only (no remotes).
About the pool & gym:
• This home does not have a pool or gym on-site. What we list is Emancipation Park — a free community park with great facilities (seasonal pool, full gym) a short drive away, free with valid ID.
Good to know:
• Owner's pantry closet is on-site and locked — not guest-accessible.
• Houston insects (seasonal, outdoors) are normal for the climate. Professionally treated — message us about anything indoors and we'll handle it free.
• Security: Smart lock self check-in. Exterior cameras at entry points only. No interior cameras. Decibel-only noise monitoring — no audio or video recording.
• Starter supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags) provided for first 48 hours. Replenishment is the guest's responsibility.

• Our team is available through the app throughout your stay. Backup phone numbers are provided in case of delayed responses, and we're WApp-friendly as well.
• If you experience an issue, please send a photo—and preferably a video—so we can troubleshoot remotely. We have several backup solutions available, and if needed, we'll arrange for someone to assist you as quickly as possible, typically within 2 hours.
• Cleaning and maintenance requests received after 6:00 PM may be scheduled for the following day.
• All cleanings are documented with date- and time-stamped photos. If you report a cleanliness concern, we'll review our records and take appropriate corrective action.
• After completing the rental agreement, you'll receive our House Manual with contact information, property details, and helpful stay instructions.
• If any amenity listed in the property description is missing or unavailable during your stay, let us know right away. We'll review our documentation and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Great place, host were responsive when some issues came up, unfortunately it’s life and you can’t expect everything to go perfect every time so when they answered the calls for help, that’s all you can ask for! Good place to stay with our friends.
La ubicación del condominio es muy excelente, el condominio es muy amplio, muy acogedor y vale la pena alquilarlo. El anfitrión, muy excelente, muy servicial, y lo mejor de todo, que pasa pendiente de su huéspedes. Lo único malo fue que el condominio estaba demasiado polvo, los ductos de ventilación sucios, y los televisores no tienen cuentas propias, sino que uno de huésped tiene que crear sus propias cuentas, ya sea de Netflix o cualquier otra, cuando no tendría que ser así, ya deberían de estar porque es parte de la comodidad que tiene que ofrecer el condominio. Otra cosa negativa fue la entrada principal, estaba demasiada asquerosa, césped, demasiado alto, bien se pudo haber escondido alguna serpiente y ocasionar algún daño.
Overall, it was a good place. I do feel it could be a little better stocked. It kind of seemed bare minimum. There were not any paper towels in the restrooms to dry your hands with, and we were only given one towel each. The bed was pretty hard and seemed kind of basic. It would be nice for things to be a bit more comfortable. Also just little things, like there was a coffee pot but no coffee. The batteries were dead in the remote but the host dropped off as soon as I messaged them. The hosts were very attentive and responsive. Overall, it was a good stay, just the place was a little basic and nothing luxurious. Location was convenient and close to everything.
