Altitude — 3,600m above sea level.
• Altitude sickness — headaches, fatigue, nausea, shortness of breath — is common in the first 24–48 hours. Rest on arrival, stay hydrated, eat light, and avoid alcohol initially. Oxygen tanks are available on-site. Reception staff can direct you to the nearest pharmacy. Guests with pre-existing conditions must consult a physician before traveling to La Paz.
Third floor — no elevator, stairs required.
• Please consider this before booking, especially if anyone in your group has mobility limitations or is arriving with heavy luggage.
The twin guest area has no door or wall.
• The King bedroom is a fully enclosed private room with a door. The twin guest area is an open-plan sleeping area within the main living space — comfortable and well-equipped, but does not have a door. If complete privacy between sleeping areas is essential for your group, please confirm this works before booking. We would rather you know before arrival than be surprised at check-in.
The sofa bed is best for short stays.
• Linens and towels for the sofa bed are available upon request only — not automatically set up. Best suited for one guest on a shorter stay.

There are couple host managing the location and they failed to communicate changes to one another. The apartment is inside the hotel thus shares common problems with hotels as noisy neighbors and hotel karaoke sounds. There is no washing machine on site. There is a $5fee per load with the hotel laundry service. Check-in is at 4pm we showed up at 7pm and had to wait 20 min to get in. The host granted us complementary breakfast for a day due to the delay but the hotel and local host didn’t know anything about this in the morning when we went to eat. After showing my conversations with the other host we were able to eat. Besides de initial issues we had a good staying in a very easy to access zone.The space is small, specially the living room/dinning area and has no windows so for a long staying with kids it was no ideal. The rooms do have big windows. There is one tiny pot and pan and one knife to work in the kitchen. I worked with the hotel to get a better knife and an oven pan.

Su amabilidad y profesionalismo marcaron una diferencia importante y contribuyeron a que nos sintiéramos muy bien recibidos. Como única observación, la presión del agua es mala. En nuestra experiencia, el agua no salía con la fuerza ni la temperatura suficiente. Más allá de esto, recomendamos el lugar y agradecemos la atención recibida durante toda nuestra estadía.
My family and I had a good time at the property, it was clean and quiet. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a strategic location for public transportation, restaurants and amenities. Definitely I would return.
