lamentablemente hay convulsiones so kales y políticas en la paz bolivia. cuando quise cambiar fechas (NO CANCELAR PROQUE SÉ QUE ES NO REEMBOLSABLE) No me permitoa porque me decia que solamente podía cambiar a 4 noches mínimo, cuando lo que nececitabs eran 2 ! escribí constantemente y JAMÁS ME HAN CONTESTADO. He perdido dinero . muy mala la atención no recomiendo para nada. cuando el dia que debía llegar recién me habló una señora, nada amable diciendo que yo le había perjudicado porque las 2 noxyes estaban reservadas. cuando le expliqué VARIAS veces lo que había pasado. no le interesó. no recomiendo para nada. es una PENA que no tengan empatía y no tengan servicio !

Great spot - a separate apartment set within the garden behind the hotel. Secure, quiet, peaceful. three easy flat blocks walk to the Teleferico into the centre. Reliable hot water. WiFi a little fiddly but works. The front desk can assist with enquiries exactly as if you were staying at the hotel (this is not what I'm used to so it confused me at first - they are your point of contact). altogether a great stay, would stay again.
