• Altitude sickness — headaches, fatigue, nausea, shortness of breath — is common in the first 24–48 hours. Rest on arrival, stay hydrated, eat light, and avoid alcohol initially. Oxygen tanks are available on-site. Reception staff can direct you to the nearest pharmacy. Guests with pre-existing conditions must consult a physician before traveling to La Paz.

Third floor — no elevator, stairs required.
• Please consider this before booking, especially if anyone in your group has mobility limitations or is arriving with heavy luggage.

The twin guest area has no door or wall.
• The King bedroom is a fully enclosed private room with a door. The twin guest area is an open-plan sleeping area within the main living space — comfortable and well-equipped, separate room but does not have a door. If complete privacy between sleeping areas is essential for your group, please confirm this works before booking. We would rather you know before arrival than be surprised at check-in.

WiFi drops occasionally.
• Reliable for general use — occasional drops are normal throughout Bolivia and outside our control. Best and most stable signal at Restaurant Kenti directly downstairs. If your work requires a dedicated stable connection, plan to use the restaurant during working hours.
