This is a historic building in a real urban neighborhood.
• The Third Ward is authentic, central Houston — actively redeveloping, with daytime street life and the occasional maintenance crew nearby. It's not suburban, not luxury, and not quiet-suburb calm. If you want a polished, quiet environment, this isn't your spot. If you want a clean, well-maintained loft with a host team that actually responds, you're in the right place.

Some noise comes with the character.
• It's a historic building, so some sound transfer between units is normal, and this is a street-facing unit, so occasional outside noise is part of urban living. Quiet hours 9 PM–8 AM are enforced with noise monitoring. Earplugs and a white-noise machine are available on request — just ask.

Second-floor unit — stairs required.
• No elevator. Please consider this before booking.

First-floor unit — sound transfer.
• This is a historic building, so sound insulation isn't perfect, and you may occasionally hear the unit above. If it ever becomes disruptive, let us know — we actively enforce quiet hours and will step in with the other guests right away.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado y conectado. Es moderno, ordenado y la limpieza al llegar estaba impecable; de hecho, tiene más amenidades de las que dice el anuncio. La localización es muy estratégica y central para moverse hacia el estadio NRG, Midtown, el centro y la zona del Fan Fest, además de tener transporte público, supermercados y comida rápida muy cerca. Las instrucciones para entrar fueron claras. Tuvimos un pequeño detalle con uno de los códigos de acceso al inicio, pero los coanfitriones respondieron rápido y lo solucionaron en el momento. La comunicación con ellos fue excelente durante toda la estancia. También quiero destacar la buena disposición del equipo: al salir olvidé una pertenencia importante en la unidad y me ayudaron de inmediato a coordinar todo para recuperarla. Lo recomiendo totalmente por la ubicación y el buen servicio.
